Hi Stephane. We have configured the printing server together with the SAGE support and the difference between executing the same report in Crystal Reports and through the Sage Runtime is a difference of 4 or 5 times slower the Sage Runtime. We would appreciate news about the new Graphql Framework
Hello Stephane, slowness customer CR platform aren't critical but betwen syracuse and Cr runtime delay 3 o 4 second betwen you push button and you see pdf. So they would like this action was to be inmmediate with no delays.
Thanks a lots.
I hope new printer runtime will be faster than x3 v3 or v4...
The Crystal Reports Runtime will be progressively replaced by a new, native, HTML5 reporting service based on the new GraphQL framework.
We do recommend that you report the slowness you have with Crystal Reports to the Sage Support teams. The current reporting framework using Crystal Reports exhibits good performance, so it is likely the issues experienced in your case are due to environmental or setup factors. This should be addressable.
