Generally when the report parameters are configured at the printout box, there is no option to preview the report instead the report is generated and automatically downloaded before it can be checked. While it takes a longer time for bigger report files, it becomes frustrating when users realize after downloaded report has the wrong parameters or the wrong report has been downloaded. When this option is available in SAGE, it will save time, energy and effective use of the system.

Many of the users prefer to view first before download especially the reports that runs monthly, they might forget the parameters they need to set or even a new user who might not be familiar with the parameters.
