Our X3 client base includes several Oracle enthusiasts who would like to use Oracle's 'Unified Auditing' feature, which is currently not supported in X3. This is because, when it is enabled, SESSIONID values can be larger than the 32-bit maximum that applies when Unified Auditing is disabled. X3 stops with ORA-01455 (column overflow) errors, or with ORA-10001 (deadlock) when unset SESSIONIDs are used in locking requests.
