Electronic Signature Username and Password Enforcement

Require both username and password to be entered for at least the first e signature in a session to comply with FDA CFR 21 Part 11 regulations.

Collapse All default when clicking compass menu

Each time a user clicks compass menu for the first time it appears all expanded. They collapse all all times and then look for the menu/submenu. It would be great if collapse all could be the default mode the first time.
