SAVE function enhancements (Common Data and Transactions)

  1. Refresh the left list upon SAVE: When a user creates or updates a record and clicks the SAVE button, they often want to see that their record was successfully created, updated, and saved. A good indication of this is the left list. Automatically refreshing the left list when a user saves a record would display newly created records and updates, saving effort in both training and daily use.

  2. Keep cursor position when saving changes (SO, PO, WO, etc.): A common complaint in SAGE X3 is that when users save edits to common data or transactions, they are taken back to the top of the screen instead of their cursor staying in the field they were in before clicking save. Retaining the mouse/keyboard cursor position within common data screens and transactions upon save would greatly help our end users.
