Password Policy: Add default common password blacklist

Security enhancement - lock out user after X number of attempts

Our customer has requested can this functionality be reincluded, as not having a limit on the number of attempts to log in to X3 is considered a security risk. Thanks Sarah

Create a condition in the security profile that enables or disables permissions to download files

A client asked us if there was a way to prevent a user from downloading Excel or PDF files in Sage X3 as they want to prevent the theft of sensitive information.
