As administrators, we should have the ability to log in as a specific user, and all changes made while logged in as the user should be traced and documented to differentiate between changes made by the user and those made by the administrator. Alternatively, without having creation or modification rights.
This would be extremely useful for analyzing issues raised by users, as well as for testing functional authorization settings during the project phase or configuration changes in a sandbox environment.
Having to constantly modify function profiles and logins with test users makes no sense. Sage needs to offer better tools to system administrators.
