Numerous customers we support get caught out with the new Sage X3 office add-in behaviour, whereby, if you change the sheet name from the default of “Sage.X3.DS.Data” or similar, the add-in will refresh the enquiry export anew upon the next file load.
This often results in users losing work & analysis they had added to original export sheet.
We had discovered the workaround of unhiding & delete the “Sage.X3.ReversedSheet” sheet, but this isn’t a user-friendly solution. We need a more ideal way of creating static data copies.
