As a construction company, we engage subcontractors and general distribution suppliers daily. Materials/products purchased and used directly by the subcontractors for work are registered as Not-managed stocks and therefore not receivable in SAGE by warehouse. Other times, the same materials are sourced from distribution suppliers to be stored by warehouse for issue later. In such, cases, the only way is to register same materials/products twice with different stock types and this appears as duplicates since the stock types are not seen during products selection. It will be good if both stock types are available per product in the line item for selection when creating purchase Request to solve this problem of creating the same product twice with different stock types.
