A user must have modify rights to view "who" has a given record locked. Our production clerks will never have the ability to modify a WO, but they often get locked record messages due to either planning or warehouse activities. Same on the SO/Delivery creation. We think it would be great if a user could see who has a given record locked without having to allow that group of users access to modify the record.
