When clicking on Attached icon (anywhere that is available) which opens a list of all attachments, when highlighting a line which could be a PDF or MS Office file, etc (common files) to be able to see them as preview side by side of the screen or at the bottom of attachment windows (not that user has to download each file and open them separately, because they don't want to keep downloading the same file when just need to access it as a preview). The minimum essential for this suggestion is to be able to see PDF files in a preview screens, MS office files would be cherry on top.
