It will be more helpful if real time effect has been added to SAGE ERP X3 to make it more responsive. When changes are made to a product description or BP, the changes does not apply to existing records before the time of the changes. Example is a product description in a purchase order has been amended because was registered wrongly or additional specs must be added, the new description will not be seen in the already generated order unless a new order is generated with the amended product or BP description which make the system not user friendly. In the case of BP, the system Admin can someone make the modified records display in both existing and new records. since the program is a cloud base program and everything is done online, all changes must apply to both new and existing records at once when the changes have been made.

Even this post has real time effect in that after sending a post, it allows you to edit and repost so why not the big SAGE ERP, it is a big challenge that we are facing which needs to be solved ASAP
