It is not possible to perform an account consultation for more than 16 years (including the 'Start Date' year); this is a limitation of the standard that we have analyzed.

There is a field (the DAT field) in the standard processing that is limited to a dimension of 200 and is populated for each period of years between the start date and the end date. It is populated 12 times per year (regardless of the month specified in the dates; I realize that only the year matters).

This means that over a period of 17 years (from 2021 to 2037), we will exceed the dimension of 200 (17*12 = 204), triggering an error
