Hi, Is it possible to include a yes/no setting to control whether the returned quantity is pre-filled to match the delivered quantity in GESSRH function ?
Currently, the "returned quantity" is always pre-filled to match the delivered quantity; this misleads users and leads to data entry errors.
Example:
I create a customer return by picking of a previous delivery ; The lines are brought over exactly as they are: Returned Qty = Delivered Qty.
We would like a setting that allows users to choose whether or not the return quantity is pre-filled in their customer return.
Example of how it would work:
A new parameter called CTRVRETQTY – "Pre-fill sales return quantity" will be now in charge of how QTY will works in GESSRH.
Two possible values: Yes/No. This could be assigned at Folder,Company or Site levels.
Yes – default value for QTY in GESSRH will be Returned Qty = Expected Return Qty;
No – default value for QTY will be 0;
