In the Project copy function (PJMACTAFCP), when a project is not copied to the same company, the project is not created if the parameter value IGNMDTCEE - Ignore analytics is set to "No", even if all the required sections/dimensions are populated in the original project.
The parameter value IGNMDTCEE - ignore analytics defines whether the mandatory nature of analytical axes is taken into account or not in using the Project copy function
