Generate one label per LPN, not per Stock Unit

When receiving items that are stocked in weight-based units (KG, LBS), Sage X3 currently generates one label per stocking unit — meaning a single 650 kg pallet triggers hundreds of individual label print jobs rather than a single label for that LPN.

A physical pallet is one discrete unit. It has one LPN. It needs one label. The current behavior creates a mismatch between physical warehouse reality and what the system produces, forcing teams to manually change proposed label quantities or delete excess print jobs on every receipt line.

PROPOSED BEHAVIOR

When a receipt line is LPN-managed, the "Number of labels" field should default to 1 per LPN row, regardless of the STK quantity on that line. Users who need multiple labels for a single LPN should still be able to override the field manually. This request is solely about changing the default.

No structural changes to the LPN framework would be required. This is a default value logic adjustment on the Receipts screen.

You've got my vote! We have a customization to handle this but standard functionality would be nice.
