Considering there is currently no source code access for partners, and that some specific written code may face subtilities of standard code that are not expressed anywhere in forums or documentation (eg. who really would know that the entry point CONTROLE from CONTOBJ --traced as being invoked with a custom datatype-- is triggered or not ... depending of the internal datatype involved ???) ;
it could be very helpful to have (eg. in the parter end/or customer portal access) a AI chatbot trained with the language and the knowledge of internal gears of the application. It could securely provide answers to accelarate developments without requiring use of support (that could then focused on real questions, including. being a L2 when chatbot fails answering).
