There is a great function in Sage X3 called Destination by User which allows setting a specific printer for each Crystal report (PDF, Email ,File, ...). The problem is that managing this function across so many users combined by number of Crystal reports that they need to be linked makes it a waste of time plus when a new user comes onboard the power user team need to remember doing so. Whereas if the priority works like below, it would make it a perfect solution:
Destination by User (highest priority)
Destination by User Function profile (as way of linking users of the same team)
Destination by Site (for all users of a certain site)
Destination by Company (for all users of a company, in contrast to other companies which might need separate print output).
