It is not uncommon that clients are caught off guard when the license expires and then there is a scramble to get them an updated license key. I know with other Sage products when you are 30 days away from the date of license expiration with every login by a user they will get a message that the license is set to expire in x number of days.

For Syracuse level license data, check Administration > License notification.
There's an option to send a license about to expire message to key personnel when the expiry date is 30 days from now.
You will need to setup the Notification Server but that's a straightforward work.
For custom Adonix X3 endpoint license data, then good luck since this will be based on your partner implementation and not a Sage problem.
