When attaching files, SAGE detect and ask to delete the existing file if the file name is similar or same. The file may be same but the information varies and most cases the file name are specific names which must be attached as shown and not changed to avoid issues with management. In such cases SAGE will not allow to attach unless delete the existing file. Example is doing multiple orders with same quotation or RFQ, in such case SAGE keeps deleting previous attached file with same name and this is a problem because those deleted files cannot be accessed during approval by management. only the first order where the file was attached first can be accessed.
