Currently it is not possible to flag payment terms as inactive, when they are no longer used. It is also not possible to delete them if they have been used in the past.
It would be useful to add a flag Active/Inactive to payment terms (function GESTPT).

I rather prefer the option to create new payment terms not found in the available payment terms in SAGE. This way you select the suitable terms as per supplier invoice
