Instead of waiting for an effective issue to investigate and maybe try to re-synchronize inventory using dedicated utilities... to finally discover that there is something to correct, it would be much better to have a kind of pop-up message when openening an X3 session that asks the user to launch this or that synchronization function because orphan data is detected. (possibly restricted to adapted user profiles like ADMIN, DELIVERY MANAGERS...).

This is required for Financials also has we tend to observe difference in Figures on SEI which Re-synchronize wwould be required on multiple times before figures can align. Challenge also occur at the point of Period and Fiscal year closure.
