New Workflows for Service Request Management

It would be a helpful additional to the Customer relations module if there were some standard workflows developed to assist in the management of the service requests. A workflow to notify the service manager of a new service request that was created by customer service would be helpful. Then another workflow to notify the technician that he/she has been assigned to service request would also be nice.
