Currently there is only a single feature in the Product Design module (GESNPI). A couple of additional features that would help to enhance its appeal I believe would include an inquiry that would allow the product design manager to see all the items that are currently in the design process along with their current status and approval status. In addition, a couple of standard workflows that could be tailored to send notifications to the different team members to provide notification of when a new Product Design BOM is created and then when its status and approval status changes along the way through the product development lifecycle.
