Just as we have SAGE X3 ideas Portal, it will be best to have SAGE Technical support portal where to access help/support from SAGE experts, discussion about technical errors and how to solve them and instant chat messenger for general discussions online about SAGE errors and how to resolve will be great help to us. This way, we can check error reported by users and comments on how to solve and to help SAGE grow to be able to detect general problem occurrence with users.
