PO date allow to change

Purchase Order date cannot be changed after PO done creation. This is not efficiently/friendly to the user. For example, if user want to create a back date back to back order, then don't have a proper way can amend the date.

Allow deferred deletion on ITU object

Currently if you want to remove customer part codes in X3 you cannot use the deferred deletion functionality so either have to use a DMU which is not end user friendly or delete one by one which is very time consuming.
