default filter setting in left list

In left list, the default filter is "contains" in Sage X3 V12 while it was "begins with" in Sage X3 V11. It would be more flexible to be able to set this filter by default. Each user has their own preferences.

Manage the comment icon

When there's a comment written in a document, there's only a green dot. Is it possible to manage this icon to replace this dot by a colored comment markup ? It would be easier for the users to notice there is a comment on the document.
